The process begins with a personalized consultation where you share your relationship story, preferences, and vision for the proposal. From there, our team of experts will create a proposal plan, which may include choosing the perfect location, creating a full event, or designing a smaller, more intimate moment. We work closely with you to refine every detail until it's just right

The cost of proposal varies depending on the experience you want, the location, and the services included (such as photographers, videographers, decor, transportation, etc.). After the initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote so you’ll know exactly what’s included.

Absolutely! We can organize proposals with friends and family present, whether as a surprise or as an intimate gathering. If you prefer a private moment, we can also ensure that the proposal is just between the two of you, creating an experience that fits your style.

Don’t worry! We have backup options to ensure that your proposal is perfect, no matter the weather. We can secure indoor venues, or come up with creative solutions to work around the rain and still provide you with an amazing experience.

To book our proposal service, simply contact us through our website or social media platforms. After our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a proposal plan, and upon your approval, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due three weeks before the event.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions, such as rain for outdoor proposals, we can reschedule the proposal to another day that works for you, subject to availability.

By booking with Eternal Portugal, you agree that all photos and videos captured during your event may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, press, and other marketing channels. Eternal Portugal holds full and exclusive rights to select which content is published. Not all events will be shared, and content will only be removed at our discretion. No time limit or compensation applies. These terms are a condition of working with us.

If you cancel your proposal within 5 days of the scheduled event, no refund will be issued.
We do not offer a full refund under any circumstances, even if the cancellation occurs just a few days before the event.
We strongly recommend confirming all details and making the booking well in advance to ensure your special moment goes smoothly.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We’re here to ensure your proposal is as perfect as possible, and we’ll work with you to accommodate any changes within reason.
